Bio

I grew up in Keene, NH and have been involved in athletic pursuits my entire life, from aggressive skating and snowboarding throughout my childhood, to competitive bodybuilding and rugby in college. Today as a husband, business owner and father of 2, I enjoy functional strength training, snowboarding and competing regularly in local strongman competitions.

Professionally I have been personal training for 18 years and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Exercise Science from Keene State College. Since then I have worn many hats in the personal training industry working as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager, Regional Manager and Strength Coach and have worked in gyms, physical therapy clinics and corporate fitness settings. Today I run my own private practice where I bring fitness and equipment to peoples’ homes and gyms and provide programming online as well. I believe strongly in strength training as medicine, that it can be performed restoratively and it plays an integral piece to someones health, wellness and quality of life.

Since starting Wright Strength & Fitness in September of 2020, I have quickly built up a clientele working with all ages and fitness levels. I love working with beginners, introducing new people to exercise, and helping people/athletes with chronic conditions manage their exercise programs. My goal is to keep people physically healthy so they can continue to practice any activity they enjoy pain free and perform at their best.

I am based out of Medway, MA and travel within a 40 minute radius.
